I love the idea of concrete examples of how word of mouth really is working--particularly online, where you get some real efficiencies kicking in. There's a concept known as HitTailing that's rising in popularity, which is sort of word-of-mouth, but is really a method of search engine optimization that anyone can partake in without being a geek.

Anyway, the point is that the site gives away the data for the company that's creating it, effectively making themselves their own success story. It's a fascinating self-referential study of a word-of-mouth campaign.
